WILL AND HIS THERAPISTS!

This week will completes his therapy program at St. Josephs Hospital. Since December he has been attending 2-3 therapy sessions a week. This team of incredible ladies (and we know Will LOVES the ladies) have helped Will in so many ways with their expertise, patience and kindness -they pushed him when he needed a push, and he literally "walks away" feeling like a rock star.

Thank you!!

The famous Tara - occupational therapist! Will struggled to complete some basic fine motor skills when he met Tara - like using a fork and knife safely - now he can even cook his own food, write again, use a keyboard, tie his own shoes, etc. Thank you Tara!

The laughing duo! Amber - speech therapist! It is pretty awesome to watch someone do a job that they obviously love. Amber totally "gets" Will. These two laughed so much that it was hard to tell how hard Will was working. His speech has improved so much. He is almost back to speed and his confidence to speak in front of his peers has been a huge achievement. Thank you Amber!

PT in action! PT Therapist Karen (right) and intern Kelly. Karen is the quiet task master! With her soft spoken and kind personality she got Will to do all sorts of challenging work and he never even knew it. "Great job Will" now give me 20 more :) Kelly joined in as the intern and she is destined to be an amazing therapist! Thanks Karen and Kelly!
